Admissions

Admissions

1. Include the academic year of interest, the student's personal information and any relevant school documentation. This initiates the enrolment process.
2. Introductory Meeting with the Head of School and School Tour: Schedule a meeting with the appropriate Head of School, either in person or via Google Meet. International families should contact the Admissions Office at least one week before arriving in Padua to ensure availability. A school tour is arranged during this step.
3. Entrance Exams: Entrance exams are required only for students in Grades 3 through 11. The exams are usually conducted at EISP. If a family cannot come to Padua, the exams may be supervised by a teacher or proctor from the student's current school under specific conditions.
4. Evaluation of the Admission Application: The Admissions Board will review the application. The results are communicated via email. An enrolment proposal is provided with the results. The timeframe is 10 working days.
5. Signing the Contract and Finalising Enrolment: Upon acceptance, the family must sign the contract and pay the enrolment fee to complete enrolment. Enrolment is formalised only after receiving the following documents: birth certificate/identity document/passport of the student; passports/identity documents of the parents; passport-sized photo of the student; medical certificate or self-certification (with medical conditions/allergies or food intolerances); and receipt of bank transfer for enrolment. Admission to an advanced class depends on directives of the Ministry of Education. During the enrolment process, the family provides information regarding linguistic, social and emotional development, health or family dynamics; if such information emerges after enrolment, the contract may be withdrawn.
