A Php400.00 assessment fee must be paid and the receipt presented to the Admission Officer, who will set a definite date for the entrance exam. The forms you submit are used to establish enrollment eligibility and to begin the testing process. This initial step lays the groundwork for the assessment that follows.
Step 2. Assessment: On the day of the entrance exam, bring theTesting receipt; the exam duration is about 30 minutes for Preschool and about 2 hours for Grades 1–12. The examination assesses readiness for the intended grade level and informs enrollment decisions. After testing, the staff explains the next steps based on results.

A complete list of required documents is available on the Enrollment Requirements page. Meeting these requirements is necessary to finalize enrollment.
