- Penalty interest may be applied at 4% per month for late payments. Two successive payment notifications are issued per AEFE rules; prolonged non-payment can lead to exclusion, automatic removal (radiation) and refusal of re-enrolment for the following school year. The Foundation reserves the right to require advance payment of tuition for the following year in case of late payments.

Refunds, prorating and cancellation terms

- Frais de dossier (EUR 100) are non-refundable, whatever the outcome of the admission commission. Droits de première inscription are non-refundable.
- Section Internationale fees, options fees, after‑school activities and certain other ancillary fees are explicitly non-refundable in case of withdrawal, exclusion or change during the school year.
- Tuition for pupils who arrive or leave during the school year is calculated pro rata: any week begun is due (the school applies a prorata rule with “any started week charged”).

Boarding (internat)
