Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are charged termly (four terms per year). For newly enrolled students, fees are invoiced at least six months before the student's course commencement; if the commencement date is within six months, fees are invoiced immediately. Invoice due dates are stated on each invoice.

Refundable deposit and withdrawal / refund terms
- The refundable deposit is equivalent to one-thirds of a full-day term school fees and is payable before the student's commencement. If school fees increase, the deposit must be topped up to maintain one-thirds of the full-day term fee. The deposit is repayable in full after deducting any amounts due, provided written notice of withdrawal is given at least 8 fee-paying term-weeks before withdrawal; for insufficient notice, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
