1. Join the British Section at Koh Samui by completing the online application form. The form begins the child's educational journey by collecting essential applicant information. It requests the child's name, date of birth, gender, and the year group requested. Language details are collected, including the current English level and other languages spoken; Thai nationals in Year 3 to Year 6 are required to select Thai as one option, and Thai nationals in Year 7 to Year 11 must select Thai as one option and may choose an additional language. 2. Provide PARENT/GUARDIAN INFORMATION. The form requires details for each parent/guardian including name, nationality, occupation, home address in Koh Samui, and contact information such as telephone and email. It asks for marital status and to indicate which parent or guardian the information refers to. 3. GENERAL / PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION. The form asks whether the child takes any regular medication and whether there are health limitations. It asks about food allergies and whether the child has been assessed by an Educational Psychologist or had other educational support assessments; provide details if applicable. 4. ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY CONTACT. An additional emergency contact is required, including name, relationship to the child, email, and mobile. 5. EDUCATION HISTORY. The form collects current curriculum, years of attendance at the last two schools, the country, principal/head's name and email, and reasons for leaving. It asks whether a school report is attached. 6. Required Documents. The following documents are required (scanned copies are acceptable): immunisation card, photocopy of passport, immunisation record card, copies of last two years' school reports, and two passport photos. Upload required documents. 7. PARENT'S CONSENT FOR WEB AND PRINT PUBLICATION OF WORK AND PHOTOGRAPHS. The form includes a consent to publish the child's work and photographs online or in print. 8.
