Tuition fees by year group and billing unit

- Nursery (садок): USD 450 per month; USD 4,000 per academic year (10 months).
- School (primary, middle and senior levels): USD 450 per month; USD 4,000 per academic year (10 months).
- Payment may be made as a single annual advance, two advances for the two halves of the school year (each half equal to 50% of the annual fee), or as monthly prepayments; therefore the equivalent half‑year amount is USD 2,000.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- First payment (first month / first half‑year / full year, depending on the chosen option) is due as a prepayment within 15 days of signing the contract.
- Subsequent prepayments are required no later than 10 days before the start of the month for which payment is made; monthly payments are to be made in full for the next month by the 20th day of the current month.
- When paying monthly, a deposit equal to one month's fee must be paid together with the first month's payment; the deposit may be applied as payment for the final month of attendance, to cover damage to school property, or to offset outstanding debts (at the school's option).
- Late payment: the school may suspend services when a prepayment is overdue by more than 5 days and may remove the pupil from the roll if the delay exceeds 10 days; outstanding services provided up to the date of termination remain payable.

- The school operates as a full‑day day school (hours noted as 08:00–19:00) and does not publish boarding or residential fees.

Other costs and fees

- Meals: Five‑time balanced catering is available and is charged separately; meal orders and payments are made via the school mobile app.

- The monthly deposit (one month) can be used as payment for the final month, to compensate for damage caused by the pupil, or to settle outstanding debts.
- The contract treats educational services as consumed in the process of their provision and requires timely claims (the contract sets a five‑working‑day window for raising disputes about the provision of services). Obligations for outstanding services provided up to contract termination remain payable.

Fee payment options and currency

- All school payments are to be made to the school's bank account in the national currency (Ukrainian hryvnia) at the National Bank of Ukraine exchange rate for the US dollar on the payment date; the school provides a PrivatBank account for payments.
- Meal payments are handled through the school's mobile app; other charges (extended‑day, individual lessons) are invoiced separately.
