Application & registration fees
- Registration fee (one-off, non-refundable): DKK 600.
- Enrolment fee (one-off): DKK 2,500.
Tuition (school) fees — amount, billing and per-year calculation
- Monthly school fee (applies to day-school tuition): DKK 1,850 per child.
- Billing schedule: school fees are billed 11 times per school year; each payment is due in advance on the 1st of the month. Total annual tuition (11 payments): DKK 20,350 per child (DKK 1,850 × 11).
- Sibling discount: DKK 185 per month for the third child and onwards (applies from child number three).
After-school care, clubs and selected additional recurring charges
- After School Program (ASP) – monthly fee for Year 1–4: DKK 750.
- Holiday ASP – fee per week: DKK 500.
- Morning ASP (early care) — listed fee shown in the school's fee document.
- Afternoon Club / ASP for Years 5–10 — monthly fee shown in the school's fee document (DKK 750 listed in the current fee sheet).
One-off / other specified charges
- Safety equipment for science (Years 6–10): DKK 170.
- Yearly Parent-Teacher Committee (PTC) fee per child: DKK 175.
- Lost bus card: DKK 150.
- Administrative charge for failing to register for PBS (automatic payment service): an administrative charge (DKK 100 per payment) is applied if PBS is not used for collection.
Field trips and one-off activity costs
- Field trips are extra and budgeted by year group: maximum billed cost for a field trip should not exceed one monthly school fee for Years 1–6 and two monthly school fees for Years 7–10; field-trip costs are invoiced over two months where applicable.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Frequency: fees are charged 11 times per school year and are due in advance on the 1st of each month. Families are urged to register for PBS (Denmark's automatic payment system) within six months of registration.
- Bank transfer details: the school provides bank account information (Broager Sparekasse) with Reg. No., Account No., IBAN and SWIFT for payment by bank transfer.
- If PBS is not used, an administrative charge applies; missed or late payments may incur reminder charges as listed in the school's published fee documents.
Boarding
- Boarding is not offered; the school operates as a day school with Kindergarten, After School Program and day-time curriculum only.
Uniforms and clothing costs
- There is no compulsory uniform fee item listed in the school's published fee documents and parent handbook; costs for personal clothing, sports kit or optional branded items are not specified as a compulsory fee in the school's fee schedule.
Refunds, withdrawal and related rules
- Registration fee: one-off and non-refundable.
