- Preschool (PS3 & PS4): Matrícula (registration) USD 546.00.
- Kindergarten–Grade 12: Matrícula (registration) USD 655.74.

- Preschool (PS3 & PS4, full-day program): Pensión USD 610.00 per month.
- Kindergarten–Grade 12: Pensión USD 1,053.00 per month.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Registration (matrícula) is charged as an annual registration/enrollment fee per student. Tuition (pensión) is billed on a monthly basis.
- The school issues administrative communications and a mid-second-semester letter to families about reserving places for the following school year (down-payment arrangements are handled through the school's finance procedures).
Boarding fees
- Not applicable. Alliance Academy International operates as a day school and does not offer a boarding program. Transportation is provided as a separate, optional service.
Other costs and recurring additional charges
- Uniforms: AAI requires school-approved uniform items (Alliance polo shirts and approved outerwear). Uniform items are purchased through the school-approved supplier and are a parent responsibility. Expect separate costs for polos, jackets, and other approved uniform pieces.
- Transportation: School bus service is available (round-trip and one-way within Quito and surrounding valleys). Payment for the transportation service is made directly to the transportation association that provides the service. Transportation is billed/collected separately from the school tuition.
- Accident insurance: Parents must provide accident insurance with coverage that includes Vozandes Hospital; insurance cost is borne by the family.
- Library/learning-resource charges and lost-item fees: Replacement charges apply for lost or overdue library items; if a paid-for item is later returned the price is refunded less an administrative fee. Other incidental charges (field trips, replacement ID cards, damage to school property, optional extracurricular activities) may apply per event and are billed separately.
- Financial-aid / scholarship adjustments: The school may award scholarships or financial aid that reduce or exempt matrícula and pensiones (scholarships can range from partial to full coverage according to the school's financial-aid procedure).
Refund information
- No general, detailed tuition-refund schedule is published in the school handbook. Specific refunds noted in school policy include reimbursement for returned library items (refund of the paid price minus an administrative charge). Scholarship and financial-aid awards have their own rules and application process; awarded reductions or exemptions are applied per the school's financial-aid procedure. For student withdrawal the school requires formal notification to the Rector's office; billing and any applicable adjustments are handled through the Finance Office.
Fee payment options and processing
- Billing and family-account management are handled through the FACTS/RENWEB family portal (the school uses the RenWeb/FACTS platform for admissions and family billing). Families use the FACTS/RENWEB Family Portal to view invoices and manage payments.
- FACTS (RenWeb) supports common online payment methods including e-check (bank ACH) and credit/debit card payments and provides the capability to set payment methods and payment plans via the family portal. Where families use FACTS for their account, those payment methods and payment-plan options are available through the FACTS service. (Payment card processing fees, if any, are determined by FACTS and/or the school's billing setup.)
Where payments and billing inquiries are managed on campus
- The school's Finance Office (cashier) handles student accounts and financial concerns; parents may contact the Finance Office for invoices, receipts, and account questions. Transportation payment arrangements are handled separately with the transport provider.
Notes: The figures above are the published registration and monthly tuition amounts for the 2025–2026 academic year. All other charges (uniforms, insurance, transport, extracurriculars, lost-item fees, trip fees) are additional and billed separately as described above.
