For payment-in-full and part-payment options the main balance is due on or before Thursday 6 August 2026; where part payment is chosen the remainder is due on or before Thursday 8 October 2026. Direct debit runs from August 2026 to January 2027 where applicable. A direct debit mandate must be submitted at least three weeks before the date of the first direct debit. Cash is no longer accepted for fee payments.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. Bruce College operates as a full‑time day school for 5th and 6th years.
Other costs and typical additional charges
- Course and classroom materials: individual subject booklists and materials are required for many subjects; specific reusable items and kits (for example drawing kits, calculators, folders) are listed on the book lists. Some teacher‑provided course resources carry small charges; for example, an LC French video course is charged at EUR 25 payable in September. Items such as specialist drawing kits and recommended electronic devices are listed as required or recommended on the book list.
Refund information and cancellations
- If an applicant cancels before the commencement of the school year, fees will be refunded less an administration fee of EUR 200. If a student leaves after the commencement of the academic year the administration fee is retained and a proportionate amount of the fees is retained. No refunds are provided after 1 January 2027.
Fee payment options (methods and practical notes)
- Direct debit is available for the monthly payment option; a direct debit mandate must be submitted at least three weeks before the first debit. Cash is not accepted. Other specific electronic payment methods (such as card or bank transfer) are not listed in this schedule; accepted non‑cash payment arrangements should be confirmed with the college when arranging payment.
