International School Groningen (ISG) is an IB World School offering the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) for students aged 11 to 18. Instruction is in English, with Dutch language support to aid integration into society. The MYP provides a broad curriculum across language and literature, language acquisition (Dutch and French), individuals and societies, science, mathematics, physical and health education, arts, and design. After completing the MYP, students may transfer to the DP, a two-year pre-university programme conducted in English. The DP core includes Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay, and CAS, alongside six subject groups: language and literature; language acquisition (Dutch and English); economics/global politics/history; sciences; mathematics; and visual arts.
