Application Fees
A one-time admission fee of THB 10,000 is required for all new students (non-refundable). To reserve a place, families must also pay a reservation deposit of THB 30,000, which is credited against tuition but is non-refundable if the child does not enrol. A security deposit of THB 5,000 is collected and returned upon withdrawal if no damages or outstanding fees remain. A resignation deposit of THB 10,000 is payable at enrolment and refundable with one full term’s notice.

Additional Fees
- Provision Fee (Nursery & Kindergarten only): THB 5,000 one-time, covers bedding, personal items, laundry, and replacements.
- English Support (ESL): THB 10,000 per year.
- Thai Support (TSL): THB 10,000 per year.
- Accident Insurance: THB 1,700 per year (Muang Thai Life Assurance; covers up to THB 20,000 per accident and THB 200,000 for disability/death).
- Visa documentation: THB 3,000 per student.
- Uniforms, school trips, textbooks, and stationery are compulsory but charged separately.
- Extra-curricular activities (football, swimming, martial arts, arts & craft) incur additional fees.
Transportation Fees
A school bus service is available with limited spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Options include round-trip, one-way, or daily trips, invoiced monthly or per semester. Routes may be cancelled if minimum capacity is not met, in which case fees are fully refunded.
Learning Support
Students assessed as needing additional English or Thai language assistance may be enrolled in ESL or TSL support lessons. Placement and withdrawal are determined by the head teacher and director.
Sibling Discount
- Full-year advance payment: 5% tuition discount.
- Second child: 5% tuition discount.
- Third child and beyond: 10% tuition discount.
Boarding Fees
The school does not offer boarding facilities.
Refund Policy
- Security deposit and resignation deposit are refundable with one full term’s notice and clearance of all fees.
- Reservation deposit and admission fee are non-refundable.
- Refunds for bus services are given if routes are cancelled.
Payment Options
Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer, bank draft or cashier’s cheque, or Visa/MasterCard (3% surcharge applies). Company or personal cheques are accepted, payable to Korkaew Chavalrut; dishonoured cheques incur a THB 500 fee.
